Donations received by Varya Life Sciences Foundation are used exclusively for our stated programmes: Preventive Oncology Screenings, Maternal & Child Health, and Disease Prevention & Awareness. We publish impact updates and utilisation reports for transparency.

4.3 Refund Policy

Donations, once processed, are generally non-refundable — as they are typically allocated to programme activities shortly after receipt.

However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you made an accidental payment, a duplicate transaction, or have a genuine concern about your donation, we ask you to:

2. Include your name, transaction reference number, amount, and reason for the request

We are a small, early-stage team — we do not have an instant refund system in place. We will review your request in complete good faith and aim to process eligible refunds within 30 days of approval, subject to our operational capacity at that time.

We promise to treat every request honestly and with care. If we can return the amount, we will.

4.4 Tax Benefits — Please Read Before Donating

Varya Life Sciences Foundation is currently in the process of obtaining Section 80G certification from the Income Tax Department of India.

What this means for you right now: Until the certification is formally obtained and notified on this Website, your donation is not eligible for income tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. We cannot issue 80G receipts at this time.

We are actively working to obtain this certification. The moment it is approved, we will update this page, notify our donors, and begin issuing eligible receipts. Thank you for your patience and trust.

4.5 Foreign Contributions — Important Notice

Varya Life Sciences Foundation does not currently hold FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) registration.
